I bring 20 years of experience as a practitioner through a range of techniques and body-oriented practices. These include: Somatic Experiencing, Touch Training for Trauma Therapists with Kathy Kain of Ortho Bionomy, Attachment training, Reiki -many years of study in this area, 10 years of hands on healing and massage, Diploma in Remedial Massage- which allows me to provide private health insurance rebates.

I have an arts practice and worked professionally as an artist and art teacher. I have horses and a great appreciation for their way of grounding me and keeping me present which I value in my personal life and which enriches my my work.

I am based in Kyogle and offer remote face to face appointments via Zoom which allows me to work with people from all around the world helping them to build their personal resilience, gain control and feel empowered in their every day lives. One of the things I will help you achieve is ‘hanging out in the goodness’ of a more settled body.
